ASG's Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Regional Representative Michael Bessey spoke with the Financial Times to discuss Saudi Arabia's program to offer incentives to multinational companies that establish regional headquarters in the Kingdom:

"The requirements are becoming stricter — a company that continues to call Dubai a regional headquarters for [Middle East and North Africa] would probably not be acceptable. So companies need to think about how they describe their UAE offices moving forward.”
