Jessica Kuntz

Jessica Kuntz is an Associate Partner in ASG's Technology Policy and Strategy Group, where she advises global clients on AI regulation and emerging technology. 

Ms. Kuntz's background spans foreign and technology policy. Prior to joining ASG, she worked as the Policy Director at the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security. Ms. Kuntz previously served as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State, with assignments in Tel Aviv, London, the U.S. Mission to the United Nations and the Bureau of International Organization Affairs. During her tenure with the State Department, she worked on immigration, sustainable development, and multilateral coordination. Her writing has been published in various media outlets and think tanks, including Tech Policy Press and The Los Angeles Times.

Ms. Kuntz holds degrees from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the University of Pittsburgh. She is an alumna of the Fulbright (Croatia) and Boren (Bosnia and Herzegovina) fellowship programs. She speaks Hebrew and Brazilian Portuguese.  

She is based in Pittsburgh, PA and Washington, D.C.
