Abigayle “Abbey" Krulik is an associate with ASG’s Middle East and North Africa practice, where she supports clients through research and project coordination.  

Prior to joining ASG, Ms. Krulik was an intern at Climate Clock, a non-profit climate advocacy organization. She also worked as a research assistant for the Middle East Institute’s Climate and Water Program, researching and writing on water resource management, environmental policy, and climate adaptation and mitigation in the Middle East and North Africa. Previously, Ms. Krulik interned with the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Majority Staff, where she contributed to the chairman’s international energy, environment, and development portfolio. Before that, she was a research fellow with the Tobias Center for Innovation in International Development at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies. 

Ms. Krulik received her B.A. in International Studies and Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures from Indiana University, Bloomington. She also studied Arabic at the Arab American Language Institute in Morocco through the National Security Education Program’s Arabic Language Flagship.  

She is fluent in Arabic.
