Franz Osilia
Franz Osilia is an Associate with ASG's United States practice, where he supports clients' initiatives through research and project coordination.
Prior to joining ASG, Mr. Osilia was a Program Associate at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue, assisting the institute's leadership team with its business development and operational activities. Previously, he interned at Bondi Partners, a boutique consulting firm specializing in U.S.-Australia commercial relations. He also garnered experience in the public sector through internships in the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), and the Office of the Governor of Illinois.
Mr. Osilia received his M.A in strategic studies and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and his B.A. in international studies and economics from the Johns Hopkins University. Originally from Venezuela, he is fluent in Spanish.
He is based in Washington, D.C.
