Bipul Kiran Singh
Mr. Singh brings decades of experience assisting clients effectively engage with different constituencies within India.
He specializes in crisis and issue management, guiding clients through critical moments and complex situations, including regulatory processes and business disruptions. He has been associated with ASG as Senior Advisor in India for the past decade.
Mr. Singh served the Government of India in the Indian Information Service (1990 batch) and was the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Urban Development.
Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Torque Communications, a strategic communications consulting firm he helped found and scale. Prior to that, he served as General Manager at the Indian communications agency Rediffusion–DY&R. Earlier in his career he led the New Delhi office of Genesis PR (now Genesis Burson-Marsteller). He continues to mentor several young firms and initiatives in the reputation management and governance space.
Mr. Singh is a trustee of Megh Pyne Abhiyan, a Public Charitable Trust that works on issues of water distress in East India, including his home state Bihar. He is also a member of the Managing Committee of Crossword Association of Delhi.
Mr. Singh earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. He is a recipient of Science Merit Award of Delhi University and National Talent Search Scholarship from NCERT, India. He speaks English, Hindi, and Bhojpuri.
He is based in New Delhi, India.
